The time has arrived!

Urban Pigs Press are now seeking submissions for novels. Send us something gritty, horrifying, surreal, darkly humorous, twisted, and real. Yes, we’re asking a lot but we know you’re out there.

We’re especially interested in gritty realism, horror, cultists, the occult, dystopia and even more so if it includes more than one of the above. We highly recommend that you familiarise yourself with our previous published works before considering us.

Submissions should be between 40-60K. We are not looking for non-fiction, short story collections or poetry at this stage. Please send in the first two chapters or first 5K words only. Full manuscripts will be ignored. If we like what we see then we will follow it up with a request for more.

Please send your submission as an attachment in Word.doc format, include a synopsis in the body of your email and include a short third-person bio. We will not tolerate any hate speech whether homophobic, racism or any other form.

Subjects we are keen to avoid are rehashes of the Manson family, Detective series, main protagonists with a terminal disease chasing a woman they will never get, creature features or romance.

Submissions will close when we believe we have found the right fit for us.
